The US Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) announced a new report on the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP), previously known as the Unidentified Flying Object (UFO), at a panel held in Washington DC, the capital of the USA. The panel included NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, NASA Science Director Nicola Fox, NASA Deputy Administrator for Science Research Dan Evans, and David Spergel, Founder of the Simons Foundation and head of the NASA team studying UAPs.
“SCIENTIFICLY SO FAR…”
While the report stated that NASA is completely transparent about space exploration and will only share information based on scientific data, it was announced that there is no “mysterious celestial object” that has been scientifically explained so far. “We look for signs of life, past and present. And it is in our DNA to investigate and ask how things came to be,” Nelson said in his opening speech. In a separate statement he made at the panel, Nelson said, “If you ask me whether I believe there is another life form in the universe, which we cannot even comprehend how big it is yet, my personal answer would be ‘yes’.” “However, when we talk about the mathematical possibility of this with our scientists, we get lost in the calculations of billions of years of galaxies and billions of stars.”
ALIEN IMAGES IN MEXICO
Answering a question asked by a press member about the mummy images allegedly belonging to an alien and published by the Mexican government recently, Nelson said, “We are here today to separate assumptions and conspiracies from science, and we can do this with scientific data. “I watched the video in question on social media, like you, and we do not have any data other than the images,” he said.
Nelson also announced that NASA will hire a Director of UAP Research who will oversee the space agency’s work on the subject and serve as a means of communication between federal agencies on UAPs.
“THE MAIN PROBLEM IS DATA SUFFICIENCY”
In his statement, Fox described UAP research as “one of the greatest mysteries of our planet” and stated that the main problem in the research carried out so far is “lack of data”.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MOVE
Stating that new research technologies are on the agenda, Fox stated that in the near future, work is being done on installing UAP observation sensors on NASA’s observation vehicles in space and conducting research on Earth. Fox also stated that NASA is trying to make the most efficient use of “artificial intelligence” in space and UAP studies.
