Alice Nevers returns to TF1 with a new episode! But be careful, it’s a false return…
Fans ofAlice Neverswho have been pining for two years for their favorite investigating judge, risk jumping to the ceiling: TF1 has scheduled two new episodes of the series “The judge is a woman” this Thursday, December 12, in prime-time. The first, entitled “Cavalcades”, tells how, after years of investigations in the capital, Alice and Marquand decided to make a new start far from the tumult of Paris and left for the Normandy coast at the foot of Mont-Saint-Michel . The goal: to quietly prepare for their wedding. But the death of a young jockey at a stud farm calls everything into question.
The second episode ofAlice Nevers“Child 3.0”, broadcast in the second part of the evening, follows the investigation into the death of a woman, electrocuted in her swimming pool by an electric garland. Her 9-year-old daughter quickly turns out to be a little Internet star and Alice, newly appointed Prosecutor, will very quickly find a link between these two elements…
Do these two scenarios remind you of anything? It’s normal! TF1 opted for two rebroadcasts in the run-up to the holidays, both focused on highlights of the series. A Christmas gift with a slightly bitter flavor for lovers of Marine Delterme and Jean-Michel Tinivelli and their characters. But let the fans rest assured, new adventuresAlice Nevers and his sidekick Fred Marquand are well on track.
When will we be able to see a new episode of Alice Nevers?
The channel has in fact ordered a special 90-minute episode which will offer a new conclusion to the series, almost 3 years after its broadcast in weekly format stopped. The filming of this Alice Nevers unit, entitled “Le Piège”, began on November 19 and is currently taking place on the Côte d’Azur, between Cannes, Grasse, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Directed by Bruno Garcia, it will once again bring together the star duo, delighted to put on the costumes of the judge and the commander after these years of absence.
This special plot will dive Alice Nevers on the trail of a mysterious seducer who she suspects is a serial killer, even though the investigation will (again) undermine her relationship with Fred. To confuse the culprit, she will have no choice but to marry him by pretending to be a rich heiress. For his part, Marquand will take on the role of an international lawyer to approach the suspect, a cover that promises tasty scenes between the two partners.
With a more ambitious storyline and increased freedom of tone thanks to this unitary format, this episode marks the great return of one of the most popular French detective series of the years 2000-2010. But you will have to show a little patience before discovering this highly anticipated comeback on TF1, the broadcast being scheduled for 2025.
