(Finance) – algoWattGreenTech Solutions Company listed on Euronext Milan, announced that the Court of Milan has the appeal for admission was accepted of the company to composition with creditors procedure “with reservation” pursuant to the articles 44 and 284 Legislative Decree 12 January 2019, n. 14 ss.mm.ii..
With the same provision the Court has appointed Judicial Commissioners Carlo Pagliughi and Vincenzo Tartaroand established the date of 4 March 2023 as the deadline for the submission of a definitive proposal for a composition with creditors or an application for approval of debt restructuring agreements.
