(Finance) – algoWatta greentech company listed on Euronext Milan, announced that Paolo Piccini has resigned, for personal reasons and with immediate effect, from the role of managing director and member of the board of directors. The Board of Directors resolved to to entrust the powers previously held by Piccini to the president Stefano Neri, appointing him AD. Neri will be assisted by Senior Technical Advisor Luca Maria Tonelli, a long-time expert in technological innovation and digital transformation.
The manager, explains a note, will contribute to further growth on the Italian and European market through the implementation of efficient processes and the search for development and enhancement opportunities in the software development sectors and application solutions for algoWatt’s reference markets.
Finally, the board approved the termination of the employment relationship with Idilio Ciuffarellawho will consequently no longer hold the role of general manager and as an executive with strategic responsibilities of algoWatt.
