(Finance) – The Board of Directors of algoWattGreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, has decided to appoint by co-optation Fabrizio Venturi and Massimo Solbiati (independent) which new advisors.
Venturi was among the non-elected in the list presented by the shareholder Italeaf in view of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 10 May 2022 and was qualified as “non-independent and non-executive”. Solbiati replaces Michele Costabile, who resigned on 23 August 2023 for reasons related to his professional career. The new administrators will remain in office until the next Assembly.
Massimo Solbiati61 years old, chartered accountant, has gained professional experience in over 25 years of activity serving companies in multiple sectors and sizes. He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan, where he was also a teacher. From 1982 to 1993 he worked in an industrial company, also in managerial positions. Since 1993 he has worked as a management consultant in companies of multiple sectors and sizes. Since 1993 he has been a professor at LIUC Cattaneo University in the School of Economics and Management. He is the author of numerous publications on finance and business economics topics.
Fabrizio Venturi58 years old, manager with a consistent track record in the EPC and O&M sectors photovoltaic in Italy and abroad, he is Sole Director of the subsidiary TerniEnergia Progetti, as well as Sole Director of General Consulting. He returns to algoWatt after his experience as managing director of the former TerniEnergia from 2007 to 2017, years during which he achieved very significant results in the power generation industry and system integration of giant renewable and utility scale plants worldwide.
