(Finance) – algoWattGreenTech Solutions Company listed on Euronext Milan, has announced that the Court of Milan – as part of the Group composition with creditors procedure with reservation and subject to the favorable opinion of the Judicial Commissioners – has granted to algoWatt and Italeaf, upon their request, further 60 days (and, therefore, until May 3) for the presentation, alternatively, of one definitive proposal for preventive composition or one application for approval of a restructuring agreement of debts, together with the relevant documentation.
