While Alfa Romeo sales worldwide increased by 57 percent compared to the first half of 2022, this rate reached 100 percent with strong and stable growth in Europe. The brand achieved excellent business results, with increases of 123 percent in France, 116 percent in Germany and 131 percent in Italy. Growth continued steadily in the Middle East and Africa region. The 173 percent increase in the region pointed to the continuation of the strong positive trend since 2022. In the Asian region, which is of strategic importance for Alfa Romeo, sales in the first half of the year were at a similar level to the same period of the previous year, while remarkable results were achieved in the Chinese market. While the number of Alfa Romeos registered to traffic in China in May increased by 94 percent compared to the same month of the previous year, a significant commercial success was achieved with the sales of the Giulia model increasing by 35 percent in the first six months. In line with its strategy of focusing on this region, the brand unveiled the new Giulia and new Stelvio models for the first time in China, while inaugurating the first Alfa Romeo dealership in Hong Kong.
