Alexander Barkov continues his awesome hockey league in the NHL. Barkov hit the hat trick as Florida beat the NY Islanders 3-2 after extra time.

You can watch Barkov’s paints in the video above. The Finnish center leveled the match to 1–1 in the opening round and raised Florida to levels again less than four minutes before the end of the third round.

Barkov crowned his hat trick by scoring a winning goal in extra time. The three-goal night was Barkoville’s third career career in the NHL. He has scored 37 goals this season.

– We’ve talked a lot about getting our game ready for the playoffs. This was pretty close to what we want to play. We played in their territory, Barkov said.

Florida have won 11 matches in a row. It leads the Eastern Conference and is at the forefront of the entire NHL on a par with Colorado.

– Barkov has had a great season, a little quiet. On nights like this, he reminds how great a player he is, the Florida coach Andrew Brunette said.

The Finnish players in Nashville rose to the lead roles when the team won 3–2 after a winning shot in Calgary. Mikael Granlund scored the only goal of the winning shot and Hair Saros rejected all three Calgary attempts.
