Alessia Santalucia is the first to leave this year’s season of “The Farm”, after she lost a fight against Per Renström in the parliament. But now she reveals that it was completely according to plan. Alessia made a lay match in order to get revenge on the group that named her the first fighter – which is also the group of contestants that she has hung out with since the start of the program.
– When someone does something like that to me, my focus changes, they have to pay – they have to get back. It became more important than winning and staying at the Farm, says Alessia in an interview.
Alessia’s choice of the next big farmer therefore falls on Cornelia Gyllborg and in her letter she writes:
“Are you shocked? Good! That was the plan. Time to stir the pot. This is my vendetta.”
Therefore, Alessia chose to make a lay match
Her plan was at first to fight her way into the competition, but just before the fight in the parliament, she changed her mind.
– It is important to say that before the hearing I had spoken to Per and said that I would make a lay-in match. The day before I didn’t want to leave the Farm, I really wanted to fight and get back to the farm. But after the night in the fighting hut, I felt completely different, says Alessia.
She says that if you look closely, you notice that she is talking to herself about the matter.
– If you pay attention, you can see that I was almost done with my bucket, but take it apart and start over. But Per was super talented, he fought well. Maybe I would have lost anyway, but I could have done better if I wanted to stay. My vendetta became more important than winning, says Alessia.
– But it was a lay match from me, I didn’t fight at all. I say in sync that I am a person who does not give up, but that it is time for me to move on. I tell it in front of the camera, but it has been cut out, she continues.
Really wanted to choose Jennifer as a big farmer
The vendetta was mainly aimed at Yorgo Skulis, Tim Mäklin and Andreas Larsson, not at Jennifer Valencia, Alessia clarifies.
– I’m sorry that I couldn’t choose Jennifer as big farmer, but it would have benefited their pact. I had talked a little with Cornelia and got to know another side of her, but if it hadn’t been for the vendetta, I would have definitely chosen Jennifer, says Alessia.
– At the same time, I wanted people to see how Cornelia would take on the big farmer role, as a small test. How she handles it and if it turns out that she also talks shit.
Today, Alessia has no relationship with the other participants, apart from Jennifer. She has not spoken to either Yorgo or the others after the recordings – and has no interest in it either.
