(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he has purchasedfrom 7 to 11 August 2023, overall 7,800 treasury shares at the average price of 26.7860 euros per share, for a counter value total of 208,930.82 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as at 11 August is equal to 401,927 representing 0.74116% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, Alerion Clean Power extends the gains compared to the previous session, settling at 27.6 euros.
