(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom 25 to 29 September 2023, overall 5,450 treasury shares at the average price of 26.4140 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 143,956.48 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of 29 September is equal to 437,271 representing 0.80634% of the share capital.
