(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom September 4 to 8, 2023, overall 5,032 treasury shares at the average price of 28.0884 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 141,341.02 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of 8 September is equal to 424,622, representing 0.78301% of the share capital.
