(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom 12 to 16 February 2024, overall 17,900 treasury shares at the average price of 23.3187 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 417,403.85 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of 16 February is equal to 594,043, representing 1.09543% of the share capital.
