(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he has purchasedfrom 14 to 18 August 2023, overall 2,983 treasury shares at the average price of 27.1773 euros per share, for a counter value total of 81,069.86 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as at 18 August is equal to 410,385 representing 0.75676% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, the performance of Alerion Clean Powerwhich stands at 27.95 euros, with an increase of 1.82%.
