(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom 19 to 23 February 2024, overall 20,467 treasury shares at the average price of 22.6367 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 463,304.98 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of 23 February is equal to 614,510, representing 1.13317% of the share capital.
