(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom 5 to 9 February 2024, overall 13,200 treasury shares at the average price of 23.7798 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 313,892.71 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of February 9th is equal to 576,143, representing 1.06242% of the share capital.
