(Finance) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he had purchasedfrom 15 to 19 January 2024, overall 7,982 treasury shares at the average price of 25.9039 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 206,764.71 eurosas part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 20 April 2023.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion as of 19 January is equal to 543,818, representing 1.00281% of the share capital.
