(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he has purchasedfrom 27 to 30 December 2022, overall 4,350 treasury shares at the average price of 32.3534 euros per share, for a counter value total of 140,737.47 eurosas part of the purchase authorization resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 22 April 2022.
The total number of treasury shares held by Alerion at 30 December included is equal to 289,437 representing 0.53373% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, the company operating in the sector of production and sale of electricity from renewable sources it moves downwards and settles at 31.65 euros, with a drop of 0.47%.
