The NHL hockey champion Florida Panthers will soon get the confirmation they need, when the captain of the Panthers Alexander Barkov back to games. On the NHL website, the head coach of the Panthers Paul Maurice confirms that Barkov, who is recovering from his injury, may return to the games already this week.
Barkov was injured in the second game of the season two weeks ago against Ottawa. At the end of the match, he crashed into the end after trying to protect the Panthers’ empty goal in a 1-3 situation.
Barkov skated for the first time since his injury at the Panthers’ practice on Thursday. He has missed five games due to injury.
