Florida beat Boston 3-2 away from home, and is now one win away from a spot in the Eastern Conference finals.
The Florida Panthers took their third win over the Boston Bruins in the second round of the NHL playoffs and are now one win away from the conference finals.
The home team Boston took a promising 2–0 lead in front of their home crowd at the end of the first period, defender Brandon Carlon thanks to a shot from the line.
Anton Lundell narrowed it down in the next set by shooting the puck past the Boston keeper from the front corner by Jeremy Swayman. The goal was the Finnish striker’s first in the playoffs.
– The first goal was very important for our team, Lundell said In an interview with NHL.com.
In the third period of the match, Lundell tried to score with superior strength, but the puck eventually ended up in the net Sam Bennet’s to the blade that scored Florida’s equalizer.

Lundell was also chosen as the best player in the team.
– The feeling in the team is good. The victory came and one more is needed. Tomorrow is the flute day, Lundell told Urheilu.
So Florida is just one win away from the conference finals spot (3–1). The teams will meet in the fifth match of the series early Wednesday morning Finnish time in Florida.
