Florida Capt. Aleksander Barkov donated $106,400 to Florida Children’s Hospital.
Captain of the Florida Panthers Alexander Barkov made his traditional visit to Florida Children’s Hospital.
This time, the children were also able to admire the Stanley Cup trophy and take a picture with Barkov and the trophy.
Barkov donated another hefty pot to the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation for his performances last season. According to the contract, Barkov will donate $1,600 for each goal and $800 for each assist.
Last season, including the playoffs, Barkov scored 31 goals and assisted on 71 hits. Thus, he donated 106,400 dollars, or about 95,000 euros, to the children’s hospital.
In October last year, it was reported that Barkov had donated $313,600 to the hospital since the 2019-2020 season. Thus, he has already donated at least $420,000 to the hospital.
