Aldi built too close to the property line, judge annuls permit

Aldi built too close to the property line judge annuls

Officially, the Aldi could only be built three meters away from the plot boundary. That is now one and a half meters. Too great a deviation, according to the Council of State. And so the permit application has to be submitted again. If the municipality then opts for a different procedure, where you are allowed to deviate more from the zoning plan, Aldi could well receive the permit again.
