Beton-T, at the Balijebrug, profiles itself as an experimental city square. “A temporary project that transforms unused area into a place where culture, movement, education, green, relaxation and wonder can live side by side.” But the people who literally live next to it have a completely different picture. They are mainly surprised about the noise that Beton-T produces when there is a party or performance on the experimental Stadsplein. And that happens about twelve times a year.
