Vlaar’s choice follows after good consultation with CDA Montfoort. Since 23 May he has been alderman for the social domain, education, sports and culture. The CDA is looking for a suitable successor. Preference is given to an alderman from the own municipality. If this is not feasible, the party looks across the border.
