The state of our surface and groundwater is so bad that it can cause major problems. This is the conclusion reached by the Council for the Environment and Infrastructure (RLI) in their advisory report ‘Good water, well regulated’. Today the Council is presenting an advisory report to Minister Harbers of the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management, in the hope that ministers will take action.
