Alarm about shooting in Hökarängen in Stockholm

There is a police operation in Hökarängen in Farsta in Stockholm after several people raised the alarm about loud bangs.
– We have found traces of something that could be from a shooting. It is about damage to a house, says police spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl.

No injured person has been found.

According to the police, these are bullet holes discovered in the house.

The incident is classified as serious weapons offences.

The first call to 112 came at 20.52.

There are no suspects or arrests.

Fire warning shots

In connection with the hunt for the perpetrators, the police checked a person in Bandhagen and fired warning shots.

– That person behaves in a deviant way. The patrol fires warning shots. But there are no personal injuries, says Daniel Wikdahl.

The person is under control, but it is unclear if he has anything to do with the shooting in Hökarängen.
