Shortly before 2 p.m., the police received several alarms about a loud bang on Torggatan in central Enköping. According to the police, one of the callers saw a burning car in connection with the explosion.
– We have a burning car on Torggatan and at least one person is injured, says Tobias Ahlén Svalbro, at Polisregion Mitt.
The person has been taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of the damage is unclear.
The site is cordoned off and several police patrols, including a helicopter, are working on the operation.
