(Finance) – Boeing received an order for 150 B737 Max by the Indian airline Akasa Air. This is the first significant commercial announcement for the American manufacturer after the accident involving the Alaska Airlines 737 Max 9 which resulted in the grounding of this type of aircraft.
The order of Akasa includes both 737 Max 10 That Max 8-200. The Indian airline’s fleet of 22 aircraft is set to grow with the prospect of count 204 by 2032.
