The trial concerned the 65 French citizens who perished, and the surviving girl’s injuries. A total of 152 people died in the crash.
The airline Yemenia is sentenced to pay 225,000 euros, equivalent to 2.5 million kroner, in fines. It must also pay over one million euros to two groups of relatives of the victims.
The company has previously denied that it is responsible for the incident.
