(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Air France-KLM And Airbus they have entered into exclusive negotiations to form one joint venture for the provision of maintenance services on a worldwide basis components of the Airbus A350 (management of the supply chain, repairs and creation of a worldwide pool of aeronautical components).
It would be one equal joint venture and would combine the expertise of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance and Airbus, resulting in an optimized commercial offering, aimed at best meeting the growing long-term maintenance needs of the worldwide Airbus A350 fleet (more than 1,000 aircraft on order and 550 currently in service worldwide). The goal is for the joint venture to be operational by the first half of 2024.
