AIK duo suspended further after scandal derby
The Allsvenskan crisis team AIK will have to do without left backs Axel Björnström and Erick Otieno in one more match.
AIK writes on Twitter that the football association’s disciplinary committee has chosen to suspend the duo and that they will thus miss Sunday’s meeting with Elfsborg at home.
Björnström and Otieno received red cards in the scandalous derby against Djurgården and were therefore missing in the 1-1 meeting with Kalmar most recently.
AIK is second to last in the Allsvenskan and has played eight straight games without winning.
