(Finance) – The view of the publication in the Official Gazette of the Aid bis law decree Anief proposes to repeal article 38 on the expert teacher.
There Anief proposal– explains the union in a note – plans to replace article 38 with the following, on Covid staff: “In order to meet the needs of educational institutions related to the epidemiological emergency and the Ukrainian crisis, the staff identified pursuant to article 58, paragraph 4-ter, letters a) and b), of the decree-law of 25 May 2021 , n.73, converted, with modifications, by the law of 23 July 2021, n.106, is also used for the school year 2022/2023 until the end of the lessons, within the limit of the resources referred to in the second period.
The fund referred to in article 235 of the decree-law of 19 May 2020, n. 34, converted, with amendments, by law 17 July 2020, n. 77, as broken down by the decree of the Minister of Education, in agreement with the Minister of the Economy and Finance, n. 274 of 2 September 2021, is increased by a further 400 million euros for the year 2022 “.
