“The supply chain is in great harmony with sustainable development and is booming,” he says Valerio DeMolliManaging Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The European House Ambrosetti, adding “in 2022 we reached the 60 billion euros of exports it’s a added value of about 60 billionequal to two and a half times the entire French and Spanish automotive industry combined.”
“We are facing a very dynamic reality – underlines De Molli – which boasts one double-digit growth in all sectors verticals and specific sectors of agrifood and on many categories: from tomato to pasta, passing through wine and oil. We have a world leadership position and the desire for Italianness in the world it’s really on the rise.”
“A work that will be contained in the White Paper, in The European House Ambrosetti 20-23 report on food&beverage, demonstrates how in large metropolitan centers the number of Italian restaurants is growing stronglyto the point of being quadruple, quintuple or even 7-8 times more than the French and Spanish”, explains the head of Ambrosetti.
