In any case, my mother became paranoid and lived in constant fear that the war would break out again. She probably got terrible anxiety from working in such a charged environment, as the World War was after all. And the psychological effects never end. The trauma of the war repeats itself, generation after generation, says Suzanne Osten in the interview.
