(Finance) – The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Agathos meeting today, on second call, unanimously approved those present, representing 6,750,530 shares or 34.16% of the 19,760,013 shares making up the entire share capital, the financial statements as at 31 December 2022 and acknowledged the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022, which show a loss of Agatos SpA equal to Euro 1,601 thousand and at consolidated Group level equal to Euro 3,685 thousand.
The company made it known in a note, adding that the postponement of the loss for the year recorded by Agatos as at 31 December 2022 was also approved.
