UTRECHT – After years of tug-of-war there are stairs from the Moreelsebrug to the platforms of Utrecht Central station. Owner Klépierre van Hoog Catharijne held back the construction of the stairs for a long time, because it wanted to lead travelers from the station hall via the shopping center to the city center, and threatened with claims of millions. Now the municipality has reached an agreement with the real estate company.
