“I almost didn’t dare to come anymore. I fought for years, made a different sound heard, cooked sympathetically. At the age of fifteen I already knew all the star restaurants in Paris by heart. At a certain point you put it aside, but now it worked, thanks in part to my wonderful sous chef,” beamed chef Leon Mazairac, who received the star from Jonnie Boer van de Librije and Jannis Brevet from Inter Scaldes.
