NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg warned today against hasty conclusions after the liberation of Kherson.
– We must not make the mistake of underestimating Russia, he said during a visit to The Hague.
– The Russian military forces have unexpectedly appeared on new fronts during decisive moments in the war. Russia has also shown that it is prepared for extensive losses.
Meanwhile, the EU announced on Monday that it is ready to train 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers for combat – with a target of 40,000.
