After Diablo 4 and Path of Exile 2 comes another new ARPG, but with ancient gods and mythology

A first trailer for the sequel to a well-known action RPG was shown at the THQ Nordic Showcase on August 11, 2023: Titan Quest 2.

Titan Quest 2 follows in the footsteps of the first part released in 2006 under publisher THQ and throws you into ancient Greece.

The developer studio Grimlore Games, which is best known for their strategy game Spellforce 3, is behind the new part.

Like Diablo 4 and Path of Exile 2, Titan Quest 2 is an action role-playing game. However, here you fight against titans and other mythological creatures.

What is Titan Quest 2 about? In Titan Quest 2, Nemesis, the goddess of retribution, is out of control and is manipulating the threads of fate with malice. She damns those who stand in her way forever.

Now it’s up to you to fight alongside the gods and save the fate of the world. You have to face different challenges, get loot and create a powerful hero.

These are the core elements of Titan Quest 2:

  • In challenging battles you face off against creatures from the Greek sagas, including centaurs, griffins, sirens and harpies.
  • You can play Titan Quest 2 alone, or you can team up with your friends to battle Nemesis in online multiplayer.
  • The main features should include a flexible character system in which you create your own class through master classes. It is also possible to create hybrid classes.
  • Upgrading items is also one of the features. So you should be able to upgrade even simple weapons to legendary items.

    When is Titan Quest 2 release? No specific release date has been announced yet. Steam currently says the game is “coming soon.”
