According to PTS, the complaints have been received from all over the country. SVT Nyheter Stockholm has previously reported on a woman in a nursing home whose rent payment was delayed for so long that she ended up with the Bailiff.
The authority must investigate whether Postnord has fulfilled its obligations according to current regulations on reliability and – if it is concluded that this has not happened – ensure that Postnord fulfills its obligations in the future.
According to a press release, PTS has sent four questions that Postnord must answer by September 9 at the latest.
Will answer several questions
Postnord must give an account of its view on whether the information in the complaints is correct and describe what measures, if any, have been taken to remedy the problems and how that work is progressing.
Postnord must also describe its forward-looking work to ensure deliveries of shipments even during holiday periods and report on whether any risk analyzes or other internal routines have been drawn up for the summer.
