Utrecht – The Public Prosecution Service wants an 18-year-old Utrecht resident to go to a clinic for treatment for a longer period of time after multiple convictions for arson, theft and vandalism. The boy has appeared in court repeatedly over the past two years. After being convicted last month for assault, threats and attempted robbery, he was tried again today for two counts of arson, bank helpdesk fraud and vandalism.
