In order to resolve this crisis, we have always favored inclusive inter-Libyan dialogue, as a lever for reconciliation and prior to any electoral process. »

Finally, in the final communiqué of the meeting, read by Jean-Claude Gakosso, Congolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, the AU Committee asked foreign powers, without naming them, to stop interfering in internal affairs Libyans.
These interferences, asserted the AU, are likely to maintain the status quo and harm the fundamental interests of the Libyan people.
