In Rwanda, a retreat of the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the African Union is being held from June 8 to 11. Objective: to study the progress of the work on the institutional reforms of the body. Reforms launched in 2016 and entrusted to Rwandan President Paul Kagame. Seven years later, the meeting in Kigali is due to discuss the next steps to be taken within the institution.
