The committee criticized the festival Spoffin in particular for the costs for the artistic and business leader. In the total budget, twenty percent was reserved for them, an annual amount of 87,000 euros. Artistic leader Alfred Konijnenbelt said earlier that the festival had acted according to the demand of the municipality for ‘fair pay’, which means that employees must be rewarded fairly for their work.
