(Finance) – Aeffea group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and operating internationally in the fashion and luxury sector, has announced that Michela Zeme he resigned his own resignation from the office of independent director “due to the intensification of one’s professional commitments and in order not to exceed with the accumulation of offices, in consideration of the positions assumed in the corporate bodies of other companies”. The resignation will be effective from the date of appointment by the BoD of a new director independent, to be carried out through co-optation and in compliance with current legislation on gender balance, reads a note from the group that counts among its brands Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino and Pollini.
The co-opted director will remain in office until the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 28 April 2022, which will proceed with the relative confirmation or replacement with the ordinary methods and majorities, notwithstanding the list voting system. Zeme, non-executive and independent director taken from the majority list and appointed by the shareholders’ meeting of 22 April 2020, was part of the Remuneration Committee of society. There are no indemnities or other benefits resulting from the termination of office. Congliera resigned it does not hold shareholdings in the Aeffe group.
