(Finance) – Aedes SIIQa real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, closed on first half of 2022 with gross rental income equal to 8.6 million euros, an increase of 1.2 million compared to the same period of 2021, mainly due to the signing of new lease agreements mainly on office properties. L’EBITDA is positive for approximately 2.2 million euros, an improvement of 256.2% compared to the first half of 2021. Il Net income shows a loss of approximately 10.8 million euros, a recovery compared to a loss of approximately 21.1 million euros in the first half of 2021.
L’Net financial debt of the group as at 30 June 2022, amounted to 160 million euros (169.4 million euros), deriving from a difference between gross debt of 162.9 million euros and bank deposits of 2.9 million euros.
