According to the newspaper, the person is suspected of kidnapping and murder on July 21-22.
“The suspect is currently under arrest after being arrested in absentia,” it says in documents from the district court.
Girl under 15 arrested
A girl under the age of 15 was arrested on Wednesday as a suspect in the case. According to the prosecutor, she and the 14-year-old girl must have been familiar with each other.
The girl was found dead in Landskrona during the night of Tuesday. Initially, the victim was estimated to be between 25 and 35 years old, and the 14-year-old girl was only identified on Wednesday.

According to the girl’s mother, she was going to a sleepover with some friends just hours before she was found dead.
– My daughter was an angel who always stood up for everyone. Maybe this world wasn’t ready for her, the girl’s mother told TV4 Nyheterna on Wednesday.
