– It is not a good solution. It will cost in health for those who are already in place. We see that sickness rates are increasing, it is about recovery and rest. It has been a pandemic, a national crisis, where a lot of work has been done. Already today, we work five weeks more in overtime per year. We need to do something for them to have a sustainable working life, says the care association’s chairman Sineva Ribeiro.
