The Los Angeles court sentenced the American actor on Thursday by Danny Masterson to a long prison term for raping two women.
The length of the sentence is 30 years to life.
The 47-year-old Masterson is known, among other things, for the 70’s Show television series, where he played Steven Hyde.
Masterson has been in custody since May. The actor committed rape about 20 years ago.
Masterson starred in the 70’s Show television series for eight seasons until 2006.
The trial has attracted attention also because Masterson, known as a Scientologist, met his victim within the sect.
Masterson was accused of sexual violence for the first time already in 2017. At that time, he was fired from the Netflix series The Ranch.
