Pedestrians and cyclists regularly look questioningly at the ground along part of the city ring this week. The activists, who call themselves Ring Rebellions, have painted a white footpath on the street. With green paint they have indicated where stones should make way for trees. “We want the Zocherpad to be extended,” says activist Alet van ‘t Eind. “As an important, first irreversible decision.”
